The California State Historian states that the Laurel Place project, at Tara, is inadequate and does not meet CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) requirements. Attached is the letter from the State Office of Historic Preservation on the Draft Environmental Impact Report. It's hard to read on screen but prints out perfectly well. Please print it out & read it.
